Mbeumo's Double Settles Manchester United Friendly

Ortiz's early strike had suggested Atletico might control proceedings, but Manchester United's superior fitness and intensity in the second half wore down their opponents. The visitors created little of note after their opening goal, with Koke unable to replicate the creativity he showed in setting up Ortiz. Atletico's midfield gradually lost its grip on the game as Manchester United's tempo increased.
