Scoresque is a live sports data and news platform covering football and cricket. It brings together live scores, fixtures, results, lineups, ball-by-ball commentary, statistics, standings, head-to-head records and daily news in one place, so fans can follow the matches and competitions they care about without hunting across multiple sources. Coverage centres on international football and cricket, Europe’s top five football leagues, and the major franchise cricket leagues.
Every score, fixture, lineup and statistic on Scoresque comes from licensed commercial sports data providers: API-Football for football and SportMonks for cricket. Live matches refresh automatically every few minutes, and completed matches are settled against the provider’s final result. We do not scrape other websites, and we do not publish scores we cannot source.
Scoresque is an automation-first project, and we are open about that. Match reports, previews and news briefs are drafted by AI-assisted tools working from two kinds of source material: the match’s own data (the score, lineups, events and scorecards our providers supply) and current reporting from established outlets, used as topic signals. Every news piece must pass an editorial review step before publishing - pieces that are vague, unverifiable or overstated are rejected and never appear on the site.
Our fact-check section applies the same standard in reverse: viral sports claims are rated TRUE, FALSE or MISLEADING, with the reasoning published alongside the verdict. Where a figure anywhere on the site is a compiled estimate rather than an official record, the page says so.
Because much of the site updates automatically, occasional errors or delays can occur - a delayed lineup, a provider mis-feed, a report that reads oddly. When we find an error, we correct the page rather than leave it standing. If you spot something wrong, tell us via the contact page and we will review it.
Scoresque is built and run by a small independent team - see our analysts - and is co-powered by BuggByte Studios and GameTactics - the same team behind InkPlay, our free browser games portal. We also publish sports data videos on YouTube and Facebook.
We are not a betting site and we do not offer odds, tips or gambling content. We do not host streams. Our coverage is the data, the records and the stories around the game itself.
