Cordoba

Cordoba enter their next fixture on the back of a draw. They held Elche to 2-2 in their most recent outing, a result that leaves them with a point earned but two dropped.

The fixture against Real Jaén is scheduled but not yet played. That match will offer Cordoba a chance to build on their latest result or, depending on how they approach it, to shift momentum in a different direction.

The 2-2 with Elche suggests a side capable of scoring - they found the net twice - but also one that has defensive vulnerabilities to address. Elche matched them goal for goal, which indicates Cordoba's back line was tested and found wanting at moments. How they respond to that test will be telling.

Without a longer run of fixtures to assess, the picture remains incomplete. One draw does not define a season or a run of form. What matters now is consistency: whether Cordoba can tighten at the back while maintaining their attacking threat, or whether the Elche result was an anomaly in either direction.

The Real Jaén match is the next opportunity to answer those questions. Until that fixture is played, Cordoba's trajectory remains unwritten.
