Arosa sit in Swiss football's third tier, competing in the Challenge League. The club operates from the small canton of Graubünden in eastern Switzerland, drawing support from a tight-knit local base in one of the country's most mountainous regions.
Arosa dispatched Pontevedra 3-1 in their last outing, a commanding performance that saw them net three goals and concede just one. The win demonstrates attacking potency and suggests the defence can be breached, though the three-goal tally indicates they created enough chances to punish their opponents decisively.
