Josh Philippe is an Australian wicketkeeper and right-hand batter who has accumulated 6,819 runs across his ODI career. He operates behind the stumps in the international one-day format, combining his keeping duties with a batting role in the middle order.
Philippe's career has seen him compete at the highest level of ODI cricket, where he has built a substantial run tally over his time in the format. As a right-handed batter, he brings an attacking approach to his innings, though his primary responsibility remains his work as keeper for Australia.
The combination of wicketkeeping and batting responsibilities places Philippe in a demanding position within the team structure. His ability to manage both aspects of the role - the technical demands of glovework and the pressure of accumulating runs in limited-overs cricket - has made him a fixture in Australian ODI squads.
